Hudson Valley Man Shot On Town Street, Suspect On The Run, Police Say

Police in the Hudson Valley are asking the public for help after a man was found shot on a town street.

The incident occurred in Orange County at 11:55 p.m., Thursday, Oct. 31, at 76 Sandburg Court in Wallkill.

According to Lt. Robert McLymore of the Wallkill Police, responding officers found a 27-year-old Wallkill resident suffering from a gunshot wound to his upper left arm.

Wallkill Emergency Medical Services transported him to Garnet Health Medical Center in Middletown for treatment.

An investigation is underway.
